Because the HiLux is everywhere, there is no shortage of off-the-shelf gear for it. That is exactly why so many of them end up with a deck that does not suit the work: it fits the ute, not the job.
We start from your payload. HiLux payload disappears quickly once you add a tray, a canopy, water, tools and two blokes, so we work the tare figure out before we cut anything and keep the build honest against your GVM.
From there it is layout: where the tie-downs live, how the under-tray boxes are split, whether a canopy or a full service body suits how you load.

Our Heavy Duty Tray package starts from $12,999 fitted. Canopies start from $9,999 and full service bodies from $16,999.
Will a custom tray affect my HiLux payload?
Every tray has a tare weight, so yes. Aluminium keeps it lower than steel, and we calculate the figure against your GVM and tell you what you have left to carry.
Do you build for both single cab and dual cab HiLux?
Yes. Single cab, extra cab and dual cab, and we spec deck length and headboard height to match.
